Hmmm... maybe this is a clue? Maybe the pup will look a tad bit like a robot? Or their pup is the anime pup because of the 'input stage: [1-3]'. -or I'm completely wrong and that post was a joke-

5. Still at the start (no progress so far)

Half of one of the hints has been applied correctly so far but on the wrong pup.

Grapevine could relate to the dog with the vine, or it could relate to grapes and from there to the color of wine or purple. Which might refer to the red pups or the pups with purple eyes.

Is there a link to Birchii's post?

And that song that people think #2 is, it's actually titled Bling and references fire and gold. But when I just search for Confessions of a King I get a band from Kent, England.

Yes, Virginia was written/published on September 21, 1897. Which is nearly 120 years ago this month. Maybe it's a date relation?

I can't even fathom what the last clue means.

you know... maybe we are over thinking Atwood's clues...
maybe somehow it all links back to a pup who hasn't really progressed at all, even though it is in the second stage...

But i would think this outcome was Atwoods...because it has not progressed, it just changed blankets and is perhaps pretending to be asleep to hear the gossip? lol

So, I'm not sure if Atwood is still confirming/denying if we can get at least 3 hints, but I'll give this a shot.

I'm gonna guess it's the tiger outcome.

1. Birchii's analyzation was basically confirmed to be the connection between Atwood's staff dogs. In this case, you can see the light colored points on the legs, face, underneck, and belly.
2. If this is this third flop-eared dog Atwood's done and the only two flop-eared dogs have been denied, then the ears must be edited, which fits with the tiger.
3. Yes, Virginia is a movie. In it, the main character has blue eyes, which the tiger outcome does have as well.
4. With the Good Mythical Morning hint, on GMM 787 "How Much Do Kidneys Cost?", Link says "Let the tigers tiger" at 10:50.
5. Someone mentioned the Mentro hint had to do with The Killer's song "Confessions of a King" (the lyrics on Metrolyrics). I'm gonna guess that it has to do with referring to the tiger as king. Lion as king of the jungle is commonly said, but lions don't live in the jungle/forests, they live on the savannah. Tigers live in the forest, so technically tigers are the king of the jungle. Siberian tigers are also the largest cats in the world, not the lion (as some might think).

The grapevine one I'm not 100% sure nor am I sure about the "still at the start" hint. If I were to guess, I'd say that the grapevine item came from Halloween. Maybe this could refer to the black and white color scheme of a typical tiger?

I was wondering if anyone would point out the "Let the tigers tiger" quote X3 The GMM reference was purely a stepping stone to the actual hint and there's no intentional connection between the show and my pup. Your reasons are good though, so I will say this is... NOT my pup.

By the way, while Metrolyrics was the lyrics site someone posted earlier in the thread, hence my reference to it specifically, I wouldn't recommend it for finding the connection to my pup, given that it has some really misheard lyrics in spots and is missing some of the song's info.

Maybe it could be… the pup has changed 3 times after reaching the second stage hasent it? I could be looking at this wrong too though the stage 1-3 might be referring to the 3point conformations a few of the artists have done… or was that5 point? Either way… are we positive Solloby's pup has grown yet?
