name: Wolfstan Vohtnek
gender: Male
personality Wolfstan is generally known throughout his kingdom as a brute.
His masculine and burly outlook on life seems to really give
him the reputation... -right next to his pristine record in
war. This causes many of his fellow kings and lower level
townsfolk of his command to think he is quite the man.
His deep, commanding voice (especially with his thick
northern accent) catches the attention of many Kalon,
whether he is laughing and making unbelievably dirty
jokes during a feast, or snarling out his answers as if
he were rabid.
Wolfstan might as well think he is the most important
Kalon in the world, and hates being stood up to,
or told different. Tactics of war are just about the
only thing he'll take advice on, believe it or not..
- the King Kalon at least listens during those times.
Other times, the large Kalon will brute about his commands.
It's almost as if his ego is filled with hot air.

As a king, he always wears his hair down, actually
thinking the ponytail or large braid is girly
and unfitting for his long locks. Some Kalons
think he is a hypocrite for this (regarding
the flowers and actual length of his hair in
general), but word has still not gotten to
the narcissistic ruler. Even with his attitude,
and even with his sharp temper, Wolfstan
does have a sweet, almost child-like side
to him. Not many know this fact, and the
ones who do are either deceased
(such as his parents) or sworn their loyalty
to not speak a word.

How did they lose half
their horn?
Did it hurt? (500 words max.)
It had been the end of the hundred year harvest war. The towering force of Wolfstan's rivalry kingdom had built up an army- raging and yelling their chants like it was the last thing they'd ever do. The unwounded ruler- gone by the name of Wolf and seen as a god among Kalons could even hear the trample of bodies against the soiled grass and squelching mud beneath the feet of the army. He would have to fight back- and this time his mind would have to tighten it's rains upon every strategy and thoughts he had to protect his people. He could feel the heat from the thousands of bodies all joined together, all joined for one reason roaring like a built bonfire. They were all joined together to defeat Wolfstan- just outside his gate. The other leader claimed land to be theirs, taking army after army to capture the open land, and destroy the other. It had all started with a simple misunderstanding...
and now...
it had turned into the unworldly destruction of two kingdoms.
Wolfstan had to do something- like every other time. He would have to call for aid among his downfallen warriors and bring them into battle once again. They were all tired, exhausted from the heat of the summer sky, and withered from the tense thought of another battle. But they had to stand- Wolf ordered them. He bellowed their names. Every Kalon, girl nor guy, nor neither gender's name, and snarled past the ache in his horns. "No matter how tired you are, no matter how rotten your muscles and bone feel- the pain of a lost kingdom will always be worse! Fight for your deserved land!" The soldiers, now stood upon their wobbly legs, a few just having enough voice to give a voice to their cause. The large Kalon roared with amusement, his eyes lit with the fire of stubborn and his fur wafted the stench of pure victory.
He would do it-
he would never let his soldiers give up...
He shoved open the gate with his horns,
he would never-
Wolfstan had never imagined the other side had such weapons. Such weapons as a catapult- hurling rocks high over the king's head... smashing into his city walls, so efficient with its work his castle might have just been made out of sand. He hadn't expected such a thing.
He didn't expect such an army to be at his doorstep, Wolf didn't expect his heart to be in such anger... and he certainly didn't expect the boulder- hauled from the rims of the far sea and to the eventual demise of this kingdom- to fly, not over Wolfstan's head...
but upon it-
Upon the king himself...
and that day he felt such an unimaginable pain.
(hit by a bolder, and yes it hurt)

What is their use for the pouch?
(500 words max.)
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
As a child Wolf would use his pouch for many things.
He would scamper about along the rugs and past the tapestries of his quaint royal halls, sometimes stuffing his toys into it as he did so. It had been like he was taking a friend a long with him, and his heart had always felt so warm when he did. He loved arranging the little stuffed bodies of his toys so they looked like friends,
their heads always watching he world as he did his daily activities. But as the Kalon got older- his innocence wafting away and his mind changing- he started to use his woven sack much less. It became a burden to the future king sometimes, maybe finding odd pieces of dust or sometimes even burrowing bugs within the pocket, but still keeping it so his side.
At about present time, Wolfstan doesn't find much interest in it. Without wanting to rid himself of his late mother's gift to him, the Kalon more or less accepts the fact of his little tag along He almost seemed to forget about any usage of the pouch up until Wolf's little...
tragedy.
Of course the once strong and mighty king had been struck by rock, he had lost all feeling. His thoughts of war had turned to black, oily sludge, just along with the pain of his injuries. The war had gone on without him, the boulder pinning his upper body against the same earth in which his kingdom eventually fell.
This boulder had failed to kill the kind, but surely knocked him out into the odd dense unconsciousness.
...
When Wolfstan awoke to all of this, the bolder somehow lifted off his head and his body uninjured... except for his horn. The rest of the world was too quiet to focus on just a lost horn... nor the feeling in his pouch, still hung limp against his side.
long after the awakening of Wolfstan, he found an unordinary stone in his furry pocket. This was long after he'd taken in the loss of the war, so all the fallen king could feel now was... just emptiness. He didn't quite feel anything towards the stone, which he'd fully inspected, odd blue glow and all. Sure the Kalon thought it was weird, yet he still was a little pre-occupied by the events at hand.

it was only later- when the king had found shelter under a dirty, scorched black rock- that he really
started to examine the stone. It was transparent, yet milky. A blue hue interested the king as he
lay there, pawing at it and picking at it with a claw.
"stop pawing at me, you fiend!"
The king's pink eyes widened in shock. He thought he wouldn't find something as extraordinary as this,
nor something as surprising as the day's events... but he was wrong.
"your paws have dirt in them, and you're quite dirtying me."
He was speechless- it talked!?
(he keeps a talking stone in it)

xxxxxxxxFAQ

How was Wolfstan elected king?
The story isn't famous, nor is it shunned like some kind of hidden, horded secret of the kingdom. It is neither boasted about nor thought of as a sin. Wolfstan came to power with little to no ruckus nor celebration. You see, Wolf was once part of a rivaling kingdom of his own- a son to a king and queen. This humble abode for him and his family was not quite known for their amount of money, nor their abundance of warriors in sake of war. Instead, they were known for the farming- the fishing and gardening of the rich land in which they had settled upon. Wolfstan was heir to quite the little castle.
So once his own city had been hit by the beginnings of the harvest war- just as his new crown sat upon his head and he now shared the throne with his still-living mother- the city was a sitting duck. Farms, caught by rivaled Kalons, had stuck their image hard into the fleeing king. He could always remember the rising waves of armies marching over the hills to either side of his valley home. Yes, it had scared him to death, but the Kalon wanted to fight- he wanted to bring his own castle back from the rising flames!
So he ran.
The Kalon, now older, had ran for days seeking the help of another castle, knowing his own skills could be of use. Maybe he could become a scribe, a warrior, a medicine man... anything to help the good side. But he certainly wasn't expecting the spot he got.
High upon the thick wood throne... left empty my the recent passing of a childless king and queen...
it was only reasonable to elect the most qualified Kalon in line...

xWhat happened to him and his kingdom after the war?
The castle left by the destruction of the opposing
army was first let to rot, yet the victorious king had decided to claim
t as his own as well, and now the kingdom once of Wolfstan is no more.

What does he do now?
The previous king hides.
During most nights, and many days, Wolfstan Vohtnek the Fallen
keeps in secret, speaking to his mysterious stone and foraging his
own food just for the sake of living. His life, once lived in absolute
comfort... even in a spoiled world, is now living amongst the brush...
only yearning for his chance to return...

Pouch Design
xxa shoulder bag made to fit Wolfstan's body. Made by his mother and the help of the workers of his home kingdom, it has silver coils to support and line the sides of the leather strapping. The same leather material makes up the wearable pouch, and the inside is lined with fur.
I really, really wish I could'be had more space for the prompt- I want to write so much more!
Wolfstan connected with me way too fast, whoops.
