I am super torn on this one to be honest.
I really do like the idea.
.. And while I am a 'sketchy' drawer myself
I really don't like how different the style compared to the others is. Not that I think it's worse ... It just doesn't fit.
I know I am apparently alone in this train of thought, but I really, really, really hope it ends up on the regular dog lines. I don't mind edits, but completely different doesn't work for me. At least here.

I'm kindof one of those people who likes things to blend smoothly together as well, so I can understand this feeling.... on the other hand though, it makes it so much more personal being done in the artist's personal style, which is why I really end up loving it all the more even if he sticks out like a 'sore thumb' forever. ^^
I'm also pretty convinced this one is Jack's. Seems to fit his tastes and art style, and looks very mythological, maybe even actually a Chupacabra. and Jack said his dog speaks Hopi, so it's probably a mythological creature involved with the Hopi People.
I'm honestly so psyched for this one beyond words; and if it's not Jack's, though I absolutely believe it is, then I'm psyched to see his too because who can resist that description?

I didn't know if it had already been denied
because I haven't searched that far back
in this forum yet - I just thought it looked
similar in colour (like the different colour
legs / tail / ears to previous second stage)
to ones Jadeghost has done in other staff
litters.. but hey this is just a guess in the dark

It's 2 AM. No really, I am staying up watching a Gravity Falls marathon on Disney channel.
Hint #3 I didn't come up with a name for my dog this year. It doesn't matter anyway, a rose by any other name would smell just a sweet!
