Lutho smiled.
"The camp is this way," he replied, flicking his tail in the direction of the camp, "don't worry, the branches widen over here."

she thought about sending another doppleganger to the forest, but decided against it. That would just be too suspicious.

Journey nodded and followed his presence. Her ears flicked around and her tails swung back and forth as she maintained her balance.

Dasher shrugged. "Why not." He stood up and stretched with a yawn, his white pelt, grey in the dim den.

she nodded, then padded out of the den

Finally Lutho reached his newly-made camp. It consisted of a cluster of trees, connected by branches and vines. Each tree had a hollow in it, which served as a den for each rank. Sunlight filtered through the leaves above.
"Here we are," Lutho announced proudly, approaching the warriors' den. "This is where you will stay."

Journey followed and stumbled. After standing back up and shaking out her fur she flicked her ears and followed his voice.

Dasher trotted out of the den and into the bright sun and cold snow.

"I smell some eagles. Think we can bring them down?"
