Flare sat down across from Midnight. He knew that he had to be quiet. He didn't want Zero to hear. "I've scented some panthers not to far from her."he started."Its fresh, but not to recent. Your father was among them." he then decided to tell her what else he saw. "I also scented humans. I found blood on thee ground. They had killed a cat."

Midnight narrowed her pupils a little, as she listened to Flare. Her claws scrapping across the rocky floor, as she twitched an ear." wait, their close? Why are they traveling from their home? And to make things worse, there's hunters", she murmured.

Flare knew this must concern Midnight. Her father was part of the group after all."There was a deer trail. I think they were hunting, and found the trail. The hunters must have attacked them."he gave his observation on what happened clearly, so she would understand what this meant. Humans may be nearby.

Midnight twitched an ear, and closed her eyes. Letting out a small sigh, before opening them again." then what do we do?", she asked.

Flare was unsure of what they should do."We need to keep our guards up."he started."I'll go out looking for signs of them nearby. If they do get close then we'll need to move."

Midnight nodded at him, before standing up. Twitching an ear in thought, on where they could possibly go." ok", she replied.
