1. Yes please any that are an Artist or GA! Just stick to Commons mostly and ask about Uncommons. If do not understand rarities PLEASE ASK it is a must! or I'll correct and say the rarity do not do Rares.
2. All staff and all artists! Rather it is I who create it or the artist. If the artist REALLY desperate for a Rare, they are best helping make commons and uncommons, so that another rare could be created.
3. Once you have adopted it, and it has no items or want to change or add items it requires a token per piece.
Though I might actually vary that depending on the items... I might do something like for the vines to have 2 legs covers it is 1 token, for tail and mane it is 1 token so total full set it cost 3 tokens.
To get bridle and lead it be 1. To get blankets it be 1 each. I still want to add items though. So that means not all adopts will get a new added item if they're an older adopt
So just once it's yours u can request it on it's page or by PM
