I'm not doing transfers, I'm taking archive of traits to keep in mind for moving the species over ovo



I'm generalizing traits which of course can be drawn whichever way you'd like, beaks are just fun things I like to doodle and I love to see parrapups with varying beaks

I'm currently trying to set up an arpg kind of thing for parras, there will be the arpg and a group separate for parras as a species
the da account is for archiving purposes

I want parras to deviate away from being about breeding, and more about character development, the species shouldn't be about who has the biggest and best, it should just be about characters and making a nice community for everyone to have fun in.

I'm debating making markings breedable, like pangare (Airbrushed underbelly), stripes, spots, etc. it will take a while to catalog generalized traits, and any traits that aren't very often seen or only your parra has them, they will be 'premier/exclusive' marks to the parra you have. this is same to traits, if you have a parra with a trait only on yours, it won't become a trait anyone can just pick for a parra, yours will remain special

I will be much stricter about getting rid of staff who make me uncomfortable and taking action against anyone who makes the community uncomfortable. I failed to get rid of staff members who made me uncomfortable, causing me to really fall back on not doing anything for this species. not long after I had staff members telling me to pass on the ownership of the species, but the lore is mine and I'm not giving them the species, especially to anyone harassing me to do so or openly posting on confession websites that I should give my species to someone else. If they want to make a griffons, that is up to them, i just hope they don't use my same lore or concepts.

Rules I will make much stricter are theft: it will not be tolerated, any theft related to stealing/plagiarizing, etc, will not be welcome into the community and will be immediately contacted.

Parras of copyrighted characters will also not be allowed anymore. if you have one and wish to join transferring to DA, you have the option to turn in a copyrighted character (Such as pokemon or show characters) to make a new one, but do not message me about this yet. you may start planning if you wish to turn in, but it will not be official until the group is out of alpha testing.

Would you guys be interested in markings be added to genes? i've seen a lot of parras with lines down their backs almost looking like rib cages, that one would be like spines? Mottled would be a modifier that would turn marks into spots or have spots around the mark?
The colors would be turned into a color wheel with a bunch of colors too, sorta like flight rising?

this would be breeding purposes

The specific color thing would limit colors a lot I think, and it'd take a lot of work; but if you're willing to do it I'm all up for it!
And marking-wise if it were like basic markings yea??? Like colored in necks, "sock" markings etc. Like keep the complex and fancy markings exclusive to specific family lines and event stuff sort of thing.

It just sounds very labor intensive to do yourself without asking your staff for help honestly q-q

Wow, I am blown away by the sudden activity <3 I'm so excited to see the species develop more, and looking at the traits and new lore being developed I'm just soooo excited!

I have two adults and two chicks, and I think one chick that we never announced ownership for soooo I'll probably go ahead and reconvene discussion with the other partners to see if they still want to go with our settled course of action. Gotta be responsible for the heirs of Adzuki yup yup =V= (long may he reign!)

How many parrapups does each person own on average? also for the move, I think I will have all slots already used eliminated so even when you earn the reputation (This will be earned through art/writing/roleplaying/questing etc, whatever opens) for slots, it will have already been used if you have bred your parra that many amount of times.
