Secondly, the babies aren't shaded that way, no, but this growth of the horse isn't an infant either. It's partially grown, aka, the middle stage. ;) It's entirely possible it's an eagle.

This is a picture of a 'baby eagle' as it's described here. My thought, after looking through quite a few baby pictures, is that this is the adolescant phase. It's not mostly white yet, and has started gaining it's adult feathers. So if nothing else, this particular photo, could have been used as inspiration, so you're not allowed to tear your hair out just yet. *giggles* Just know that there is more than one way to bald and eagle. :)

Out of all the pictures I've found, none of them had a white head, most where speckled white, with a very clear brown head, so either that's an unique bird or it's not a bald eagle at all. And I don't think it's a bald eagle mostly because of its legs. The horse clearly has white legs whereas EVERY SINGLE picture I've seen of both younglings/adolescents/adults bald eagles has brown legs' feathers.

Not to mention while it is young, the bald eagle has a very distinctive grey beak whereas the horse has it yellow? If the horse is indeed a young bald eaglet, then it would have a grey break, if it's supposed to show the adult colours, then yellow is correct, but where do the feet fit?

I think its done this way so that we know its a bald eagle. Instead of guessing and not being sure.

That looks more like a golden eagle than a bald eagle.

It does - but they don't gain their white head until they are mature adults. At this stage they can easily be mistaken for a Golden Eagle.

I hope there isn't more than one outcome for this pup, for the sake of my sanity x3

I hate it when newborns have 2 or more adult outcomes.
I swap pets and then it turns out that I traded the rare-adult-outcome pup

I actually like it when there are more than one outcome from the same pup, it makes the game more exciting and fun. :)

Nooo. D: I only have around 10 CNY Puppy Newborns left.. 11 of them grew into todays dragontails. >w<
And I got two of the sand-stone-oil-painting dogs that also grew today. I think there'll be multiple outcomes of this dog or he's a very common, mainly because many people got many of this outcome. But I don't like that fact.. That means even more outcome hunting for me. v.v
Oh, and to the horses.. I don't really like them now. :| I liked them in white with two feathers better, and I also don't really think that they'll grow wings as soon as they're in adult stage. So I guess they'll turn out just as horses with bird colors. Meh.
