Fernstar padded into the den after Ashspots, smiling a greeting to the cats inside. Although she was disappointed with the apprentices' behavior, she was yet to think of a suitable punishment. "Of course we can watch them, we have to speak to Dustpaw after all." She mewed, dipping her head to the younger male.

After giving Dustpaw a poppy seed, he turned to the leader and warrior. "Don't hesitate to come and get us if you need anything." He mewed before flicking his tail to Goldenpaw. "We'll be off then, come on Goldenpaw." he mewed, flicking his tail to the tom and leading the way out of camp and towards the Star Stones.

Juniperfrost entered the nursery and looked at Gullstep. "I'm sorry Applekit had to go so soon," She mewed, giving the other queen a comforting lick on the shoulder. "She is with StarClan now, and I'm sure they will care for her."

Whiterain picked up the small bramble tendrils and carried them across to the apprentices' den. He set them down before beginning to patch up the den with what little materials they had left.

She opened her tired eyes and looked up at the white apprentice "Not really, I am fine, Thank you Ashpaw" she meowed not breaking her glance at him at all "..Hmm Do you know, that you look like one of my sons Hailstorm?" she meowed remembering one of her youngest sons. Shaking her head "I am sorry, I coulden't not say that..." she meowed embrassed.

darkpelt arrived back at camp, a vole in his mouth. he tossed it on the fresh kill pile. "there." he said to himself. the senior warrior had always found he liked hunting a lot more than fighting.

(so, from the books, I believe a new warrior is a warrior that was an apprentice 3 moons or less ago, and a senior warrior has mentored an apprentice once? is this right or not plz correct me.)

Blueheart gave a short nod "Yes, lets head back so we dont catch too many squirrels so the forest goes empty of them" he agreed starting to dig up the squirrels they had caught. "Ill pick up these" he meowed picking up three squirrels by their tail "Can you carry the rest or should I take some more back?" he asked his voice muffeled by the fuzzy squirrel tails.

Dustpaw ate the poppy seeds he was given and gave Threeleg a dip of his head. "Thank you for your help" he mewed, understanding that Threeleg had done everything he could. His mood was not the best as he was really sad about the news he had gotten from Threeleg, so when Fernstar came inside the den and said she had to speak to him he could only imagine the worst. She was probably there to punish him for injuring himself so badly on their expedition, he would slow down camp activity by being seveirly injured and if Threelegs prediction was correct that would be till the day he died. No way a cat with three legs could be as productive as a cat with the normal four. Maybe she was there to tell him that he had to move to the elders den already even if he was just an apprentice.

As the nursery got calmer he too became calm. He mewed a few times then he crawled to Gullsteps belly to get some food.

Hearing a crashing, he opened his eyes, noticing a dark tom next to the fresh kill pile '...what Bloodwolf is doing there?' he murmured, but stopped when realized that it was just Darkpelt. Glancing at the older warrior thinking, he really did look very similar to that rogue tom "Hoy, Darkpelt? May I ask you something?" he yelled at him. Standing to his legs, looking at the tom "Do you maybe have a past with Goldenpaw and....Bloodwolf?" he asked trying not to sound too aggressive or challenging.

She was sitting onto the flat rock, when heared talking, looking back at her she saw Blueheart with Dawnflower. The situation seemed little embarrassing to her, because she did have a little crush toward the newly made deputy, but was mostly hidding it. Sighing she looked at them walking past her 'Well Dawnflower is good she-cat...be happy for that' she thought turning her gaze back to the distance.

darkpelt looked worried. " oh... those two..." he sighed, looking towards the woods where goldenpaw had gone to the halfmoon. "you know the tale of nightlight, right?"
