Gonna guess, at 75% surity, that the pup with the Inchworm on it is Sketchi's. Mainly because of their pup's name 'Applegrit'

Apples and Worms are commonly associated, so.....

Edit: Guesses for Ethulai's hint. With the song title, association of the artist who did said song and the meanign behind it, I'm not sure if I'm right, but possibly some sort of transparency? Or perhaps her pup isn't going with her same style as before, hence the whole ' tried to save myself but myself keeps slipping away'. I really don't know, but that's my guess.

I remember that. But I doubt it. Swift isn't known for liking worm filled apples. (my guess not fact) She would probably make a "tree dog" with many tiny butterflywolves flying about. The tree would probably be Autumn themed.
