To figure out how much it will end up costing, add up everything you want.
For example, if you want a purple pikachu with hearts on its cheeks instead of circles, it will cost 3 WL Uncommons. If you want it to also wear a necklace and a tiara, that adds 3 WL Commons and another WL Uncommon, pushing up the price to 4 WL Commons and 3 WL Uncommons.
