Unfair to you, they need to add somewhere around a '10 uncommon and you need to take out the raven uncommon. Personally, I wouldn't accept a rat because of low demand, but that's up to you.

Demand-wise, I'd say that is pretty fair, and a good trade since that cat has good demand and the pets on your side don't have as much c;

Theyre overpaying. The Malk fox on their side should be enough due to demand and age difference, so you should add a bunch to your side, or take away most of the stuff from theirs. Maybe leave the Malk fox and one other non-rare. If you want to keep the rare on their side, then take out all but one or two other pets, including the Malk fox.
