♔ history/personality Viperpaw's family died when he was very young, so he doesn't really remember much about them, except their scents. One of the warriors, Mossvine, has always been there to help him, since she was best friends with his mother, Petalfall. He had a crush on Mossvine since he was a little kit but his crush died out once Mossvine couldn't spend a lot of time with him. One day, he wrenched one of his claws while out hunting so he had to go see the medicine cat. Except the medicine cat wasn't there, just his/her apprentice Sagepaw. He saw what everyone else saw when they saw Sagepaw; her disfigured, ripped face. But the young tom saw past that and eventually developed feelings for the medicine cat apprentice but he knows it can never go past that.

♔ history/personality Mossvine grew up and trained with Viperpaw's mother, Petalfall. They were the best of friends and you could never separate them. Mossvine was devastated when Petalfall died kitting Viperpaw and Thistlekit. Not long after Petalfall died, Thistlekit passed away. Finally, after Petalfall's mate, Cedarheart, was killed by a dog, Mossvine decided to take it upon herself to take care of Viperpaw. Once Viperpaw became an apprentice, she slowly started to take herself out of his life so he could learn how to take care of himself, even though it killed her to do so.

♔ history/personality snaketooth never knew his father, who died defending the clan before he was born. he grew up with only his mother, cloudwhisker, and his sister, fawnlegs. the siblings never got on very well, both being incredibly argumentative. she often teased him ( as well as other apprentices ) for his overbite ; something that he is incredibly self-conscious about. the teasing made him a shy apprentice, and one who often relied on his mother for support and understanding. because of her, he learned how to keep his chin up and put on a brave bravado, even though deep down, this display of confidence is only a cover for his insecurity.

♔ history/personality fawnlegs never knew his father, who died defending the clan before she was born. she grew up with only her mother, cloudwhisker, and her brother, snaketooth. the siblings never got on very well, both being incredibly argumentative. she often teased him for his overbite. she did not develop quite as strong of a relationship with her mother as he, preferring her independence. fawnlegs is the dig-your-heels-in type, never taking no for an answer and constantly challenging what she does not see as fair. she is known to have something of a fierce temper. she does not let go of grudges easily, but with some fortune, it is not overtly easy to provoke such sustained hostility from her.
