Amaterasu vs. Yami...

Okay, okay... I know, this is awful, but I wanted to do something Okami-themed for once! >-<
The final boss battle is one of my favorite parts of the game, and I was honestly too afraid to attempt this as a real drawing, so I just did a sketch. It's so horrible, but I finished it up in a hurry to just get it done...
Oh, and I used this as a reference for Yami. He kinda reminds me of those terrifying Zant hands from Twilight Princess... Anyone else agree?
Also, yeah, the BG isn't white. For some reason, I can't stand drawing on a completely white canvas, so I filled it in as a light-ish gray....

Someone found this...? Over a month after it was posted....? WHAAAAA.........?!?!?!
Thank you for the compliments, but this really isn't super great.... Amaterasu looks simply horrific in this. XD I've seen artists do way better than this, even on a sketch. Thank again for the encouragement, though. ^-^

I don't even know Okami, but I leik this. My art is far from professional too, and it's one of my biggest goals to sometime be an animator. Is amaterasu the wolf? I don't Think neither of the characters look bad ^u^ Even if someone's better, doesn't mean you're bad at things. And no prob ^^

!!!!Okami spoilers!!!!
Okami is a freakin' amazing game! If you like the Legend of Zelda series, you'll LOVE Okami, and even if you don't it's still a really, really good game, and... and... I need to stop fangirling now.... I'm so sorry. Anyway, Amaterasu is the wolf, and she almost dies during this part of the game. She think she's kill Yami's 4th form (which is a giant robot, by the way) and then he grabs her and pretty much takes away all her powers after she just fought him to get them back. Then he kinda turns into the giant hand thing and tries to murder her in cold-blood, but then her little companion Issun inspires the people to pray for her in order to rejuvenate her strength. Then, she turns into her ultimate form and defeats Yami. It's really, really cool. ^w^
Anyway, I animate as well, but I'm not good at it. Like I say for everything else.

It's for the Wii, PS2 and the HD version is for the PS3. I got a used Wii version copy for 20$ about 2 or 3 years ago. Also, no, I've deleted most of my animations, so........ Heh. XD
