I know the nonjewel is higher on the list, but I want to know how fair it is demand wise

the list already takes demand into account, the answer given above is correct

The beg is lower and yes the list takes into account demand, however often times high demand pets go for more even with their placement. So yes it's unfair to the non by list but many value the beg higher than its placement. It depends on who you find but I often see it swapped for nons

honestly that seems like a pretty big overpay for the pps lion as at most the lion will turn out to be a uncommon or rare, thats just my opinion tho so perhaps a second view would help you more

I think the witch hat is slightly hard to find, but they're offering several store items, along with pets. They're overpaying by a bit, so if I were you, I'd accept and be happy with new items!
