I remember BEFORE that hehe :3 when I first found CS, it was actually mid 08, maybe september. I remember finding it from a linked picture to "silent wolfz kennels" or something like that. There was a page on the homepage about Tess and another about "petz" which I was obsessed with at the time. I adopted some butterwolves, there was that dodgy pixel-ated pocky (XD) and the halloween gift box a later when I came back to check my pets. All I remember about the layout was that it was creamy, beige. And all the links were going down on the right/left side of the homepage :3 Around march when I made an account the forums were grey and I think there was a maroon box on the top with a July PPS next to the chickensmoothie tag (?)

The layout. Avian was in the left corner of the screen and she had plants all around her [similar to the ones we have now]. All the buttons went downwards, Home at the top and Oekaki at the bottom. When, if you clicked forum, it changed and I believe Totoro was at the top. It was a creamy colour, quite bright and white. Those were when I was scared of the forums cause it was different x3

Only ever coming on to CS JUST to check if my cute little puppies had gotten bigger. I didn't post in the forums, didn't go to the Pound. I just checked to see if my pets had grown x3

Oekaki. I'd click the Oekaki button at the bottom and I came to a page that had the same layout as the forums. I didn't know what the hell it was, what it was for, or who would even go there. I stayed away from the Oekaki for quite some time x3

Actually, we are reffering to an older layout, much earlier before the August 09 update. A creamy beige one with avian seemingly running across the top and reminded me of the Butterfly wolf lineart except much much bigger

Oh my gosh, I remember that layout! Ya, I loved the neutral beige colors, it was easy on the eyes xD

I remember the way the pound used to work. It would open and you could page through all the pets available for adoption until you found the one you wanted. I loved that system so much and wish we could go back to it. I remember when it changed early 10' or late 09' (can't remember which) and their was a White Malk Dragon in the Pound I was going to go for. I was all set up to go to its page as quick as possible and adopt it, and I was so mad that the system changed and I had a much slimmer chance at getting the dragon that day. I guess I am used to the way the Pound works now though.

It reminds me of CS waaaaaaaaaaaaay back, and the CS from the past gave me the special feeling every time I adopted pets 8D

Something else I remember, though it doesn't have anything to do with how CS used to work:

I remember back around early 09' that Tess did a live web-cam chat with CS members that were online. She had this bunny-ear headband thing on (because it was around Easter) and I think she had a friend over or something. People were talking by typing things into a chat box. I was a part of the chat but didn't say much because I was too shy xD I had a different user-name back then too.

I can't remember the forum layout as I didn't post much until August, when they made it the new Layout.
