Also, is there some way to find out how much pets are worth in chicken dolars?

This is extremely unfair to the quantity side of the trade. A 2016 rare is equal to about a 2015 uncommon.
And to answer your question, follow this link to see suggested C$ prices based on pet rarities. These are just suggestions but they give a good estimate as to the value of pets.

70 c$ is a full set of store pets. You could even get an advent list pet for it.
I'd say 10-15 c$ shoild do. 15 being a little much but that cat has insane dand at this moment.

First is unfair to you. The dirt has good demand, i saw them go for a 2013 uncommon each not too long ago.
Second one looks fine, but you might get more demand wise

The UR Phoenix is only worth 1 non + 1 Sorbet. ^^'
As for the Joker trade, I'm not sure what you should add (I apologize, the quote wouldn't fit in here for the trade)
You are overpaying by quite a bit, but keep in mind not everyone wants a UR Phoenix. You'd probably have better luck with something lower on the list with greater demand, such as a dog.
