Dandelionpaw sniffed, then took a deep breathe. "Why didn't mom like it when dad was alive?" She asked. She had heard their argument almost right after Leopardstripe had come back from the gorge.

"Didnt dad know that we still loved him?" Dandelionpaw asked. She had no idea about Owlfeather and what happened with her.

Stone sighed.

Stonestar looked around. Skye had just vanished! "Skye?" He shouted, but when there was no reply, he knew what had happened. He sighed. Now he was alone.
