Hi I'm having this huge problem with my Pokemon GO account and I'm really confused? I've never used any type of hacking software or equipment, nor do I know where someone's would get one. I'm getting this "Failed to get game data from the server" message and from what I've looked up it's what they're doing to ban accounts that have hacked? I'm worried that they think I'm a hacker because I have a dragonite, gyrados and a charizard and I'm almost level 25.
I've also seen this happened to more people who haven't hacked and I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem and what I could do to fix it? I've been given this error message every time I've tried to log in since Friday so it's not any problem with the Pokemon GO servers.

IIRC Niantic are IP banning, which does create room for innocents to be banned. Fortunately Niantic has a ban appeal form that you can fill in. Here it is: https://support.pokemongo.nianticlabs.c ... _id=233187. If it turns out that you have been banned, then they will fix it. Otherwise you are experiencing a different issue, though I would have no idea what it is.

Congrats on your great Pokemon, though. I am level 24 and I don't have any of those. I do have a Snorlax and two Lapras, though!

I hope it gets sorted out, my gf just went on a huge road trip bc of Pokemon GO all the way to San Fransisco to New York for the magikarp/dratini nest and the Charmander nest.
Is there anywhere I can read more information on these bans? I let my 12 year old sister use my account as bragging rights and log into it while I was away because she has a nasty girl on her dance team that keeps making fun of her for her low cp team, so maybe that's why they thought I was hacking?? Idk how their system works or anything. X) I sent one in though, thank you for the help !! <3

Perhaps she forgot to log out of it and happens to be playing when you try to get online? You can't log in from different devices for many things, idk about pokemon go but it makes sense.

Dude, I found a new Pokemon hangout of 100 people that go and chill there and I caught 9 new pokemon! And I'm closer to evolving some of my current ones to get more new pokemon <3

Down Town where I live there are a whole lot of pokestops but I've only gone there once. There wasn't really anyone I saw playing the app tho someone shouted out asking that was sitting in an outdoor dining.
Then I have gone to six flags awhile ago and they had plenty of stops but my connection for gps was poor due to broken phone and using the hotspot connecting my ipad which has no gps...
Then another I did was to a large park near where I live. The poke stops were somewhat spread out, but also many people
Decent amount of pokestops I think more than sixflags closer to each other but sixflags is larger XD hahaha
Then DownTown had more stops but less people playing the app I think?
