I would say unfair to the target by 1-2 2010 rares
Their side is worth about a grinner plus a 2010 rare, which the target is worth a grinner and 1-2 09 rares ^^

They actually aren't overtrading because your dragon is located on the September list. They are offering a tier 7 advent and their rares add up to about a tier 5 or 6 advent (I believe). And considering demand, I think you could get more depending on the trading partner

Rarity wise, it's a perfectly fair tier swap. However, bunnies usually have lower demand then dogs and are generally harder to trade off.
