Quiteheart wasn't on any patrols yet and didn't have a apparentice so she was free to do anything. This freedom pleased but didn't please the warrior which sounded weird but it was true. The she-cat gave her paw a few more licks before flicked her tail and getting to her feet. 'Maybe I should go hunting?' The young warrior thought to herself and looked at the patrol that had returned after a battle she assumed. A lot of them had scratched and stuff on them so maybe it wasn't a bright idea. A sigh escaped her mouth as she sat back down feeling pretty useless.

"Why don't you come lay in this nest over here while I grab you some things to help." he advised, slinking back into the shadows in search of some marigold and poppy seeds. He also snagged some chamomile, recalling its use. He hadn't needed to use it much before as he had no real use for it, meaning his stocks were a bit low for it.

the queen was laying in her nest asleep, when she woke up suddenly sweating after having a bad dream. she looked down, curling protectively around her two newborn kits. she smiled proudly and nuzzled her kits softly, then proceeded to groom them. she still hadn't decided what she was going to name them, but she had almost settled on two names: amberkit and birdkit.
