This looks like an overall fair offer by rarity, if anything some of their commons aren't really needed.
though, I wouldn't personally take the offer since I find those bun birds aren't easy to trade off as the pets on your side.

But, truly, people will want a lot more for it- I do not know anyone who will trade a raven for so little.
