I'm not sure about the first one, but the second one is unfair to them. The sun puppy item is worth an 09 rare so that item would be fair for the staff dog. (At this point the item may even be able I go for a bit more than an 09 rare). The other two items on your side are worth less than all of their's just because of how many they have comparatively.
