Quailtail flicked her tail softly as she headed back to camp with her prey. She heard about the twolegs lurking around and but she didn't see them on her trip out which was good. Once the warrior entered camp, she headed over to the fresh kill pile and dropped her catch into it. Her amber eyes noticed some of the cats looking uneasy and to be honest she was herself and a little scared.

flamefall's ears pinned back towards boulderstar and wolfpaw's conversation. the she-cat couldn't help but snort quietly as she got to her paws. she quietly hopped up onto a stone on the edge of the clearing, looking out over the camp with an unreadable expression. she felt her pelt warm quickly from the sun on her back, but she simply ignored it, wishing she could push away her increasing feelings of dread as easily. flamefall's amber eyes locked coolly on the camp entrance, feeling the flame-colored ruff on her shoulders bristle as she wondered where the twolegs lay and what their intentions were.

smokemask nestled into the spot of shaded grass under a nearby tree. he grunted upon seeing the cats speak to one another in worry, silently agreeing with wolfpaw. the warrior's green gaze remained cold and unconcerned. with a flick of his ear, smokemask rested his head on his paws.

Goldenpaw nodded, puffing out her cheeks in almost a pout. "Okay," She replied simply, turning tail to continue working on clearing out the snow before blinking, the sight of a new cat in the clan causing her to wrinkle her nose and crane her neck to look at her mentor in confusion, "Who is that?" She mumbled softly to herself, furrowing her brow in confusion.

Glancing around the medicine cat den, he scrunched up his face in slight annoyance when he noticed the pair of cats weren't there. "Huh," He mumbled to himself as he backed out of the den, looking over his shoulder at Constance. "They're not there," He stated in a sheepish tone.

Owlheart craned his neck as their leader called a meeting on the aged oak, letting out a hiss of irritation. The mention of two-legs caused him to bristle. Previous meetings with the stinking two-legged monsters had never been good, and he was definitely not looking forwards to another encounter with them. He stalked over to the aged oak, glancing over his shoulder to see if the younger she-cat was coming before sitting down. As he watched Boulderstar not so subtly glanced in Doetail's direction while mentioning the warrior who had been the one to spot the two-legs, he sent a concerned gaze in her direction before turning his attention back to the leader. Listening with an approving nod as the usually happy-go-lucky leader turned his attitude into a serious one, enforcing rules that Owlheart could only agree with. Turning back to Speckleflower, he cocked his head, "Two-legs, eh?"

willowbreeze glanced down at her apprentice. suddenly, affection and determination coursed through her veins. she would do her best to protect her clan! maybe she should learn some defending techniques? maybe some fighting techniques? only the very basic, if only to just get by. it wasn't rare for a medicine cat to learn some battle moves. she scoffed at herself. oh, who was she kidding? she was so clumsy, willowbreeze would just do more damage to herself than the enemy. she pushed her nose to the top of cypresspaw's head. "everything is going to be alright!" she shocked herself at how steady her voice sounded, despite her roiling emotions and thoughts inside of her.

suddenly, the scent of a foreign cat washed over her senses. whipping her head around, she saw an unfamiliar cat just coming out of the medicine cat den. when in starclan's name did a loner just manage to sneak into camp? as her mind raced, she realized it could've just slipped in while the cats had gathered for boulderstars meeting. she opened her jaws to get a better smell, to see if she somehow could identify the cat, when the smell of old blood and wounds hit her. "blegh!" she said allowed on accident. but seriously, this cat needed some help! but wait, should she even treat this outsider? or should she call an alarm? it didn't seem to have been noticed by the rest of the clan just yet, and a warrior she recognized as cinderfoot was curiously close to her.

okay, well. that answered that question. pushing out her chest with bated breath, she tapped her tail tip on cypresspaws' shoulder in a gesture to follow her. she started towards the foreign cat, slowly going as to not startle her.

leopardstrike had just begun to follow goldenpaw to help her with the last of the snow around camp when she stopped and glanced back. following her stare, his eyes widened at the sight of a foreign cat just waltzing out of their medicine cats' den! great, starclan! first, the threat of possible two legs tromping around their territory, now a too-curious loner trotting right into their territory? did they just ignore the scent markings? he growled once more, getting upset at all the recent troublesome problems appearing. he was about to make his way over but stopped himself short when he saw willowbreeze creep towards the intruder. "just what in starclans' name is going on," he muttered under his breath.

Tornado carefully crept through the unknown territory, following the fresh scent of cat. she knew that there was a group of cats that lived in this area, and she also knew that she would have a hard time of having her kits on her own. her thoughts started to travel to why she was in this situation, but she quickly pushed those memories away with a hiss. she would never reveal that, not to any cat.

she crept along the trail until she saw the entrance to camp. she carefully crept up to it and looked inside; it seemed abandoned.

"hello?" she called as she slowly crept through the entrance, sticking close to it in case she had to run.

her belly was getting larger by the day, and she looked like an obviously pregnant cat even though she was still a several moons away from kitting. she hoped that this fact would be enough for this group to not hurt her, even if they would not let her stay to have her kits.

Are there two-legs in camp?? " she whispered again.

Goldenpaw sat herself down once more, non-too eager to approach the loner, instead simply watching with curious eyes, the exchange between the medicine cat and their apprentice, along with the loner and.. Goldenpaw cocked her head, squinting once more, "Is that.. Is that Cinderfoot?" She mumbled, what in starclan's name was he doing beside the loner?

Cinderfoot heard the muffled words of another clan-cat, and he spun around to notice Willowbreeze and Cypresspaw not too far away. Grinning, he waved his tail in welcoming. There they are! He thought almost overly cheerful, "Hiya!" He exclaimed, padding towards them. Glancing at the medicine cat and her apprentice before casting a glance at the loner he had brought into camp, he smiled, looking at Constance for a moment and whispering, "See those two? That's Willowbreeze and Cypresspaw," He stated before glancing up at the approaching cats, "This is Constance, she's a friend of mine!"

Owlheart wrinkled his nose at the thought, surveying the camp before completely discarding the idea the two-legs had even gotten close enough to be near camp. "Yes; there are two-legs in the forest," He stated, pausing before finishing his words, "But no, there aren't any in camp. We would've heard those clumsy things by now, if not noticed their stinking scent," He finished, glancing at her as if to reassure the younger she-cat.

blush spanned across her face, her paws loosely shoveling the dirt. "you are right.." she said smirking, and puffing out her furry chest. she nodded to him and bounded side by side with him. the only way she'd ever get over the fact at how antisocial she was with large groups, was be with large groups. the hot sun was gleaming down into her long fur, making her feel even more on fire. peeking her head into the healing cats den, a huge wave of cold air hit her. making her purr in satisfaction, barely feeling the sharp sting in her ear anymore.

her head snapped towards a cat who was staring at the two of them, her ears pinning to her head when she let out a sound of disgust. forcing her claws to sheathe, she stood proudly in her spot, straightening her posture. if cinderfoot spoke so proud of them, then they must be important to the clan. her eyes shifted to the smaller cat when the other tapped its shoulder, probably a signal to follow, since no words where spoken and she starting heading towards them. her eyes went to alarm when she started walking closer to her, yet she immediately made a stoic face. warmth vanished from the side of her pelt when cinderfoot walked away, quickly trotted to his side again like a lost pup. she nodded to cinderfoot when he whispered in her ear. quickly figuring out the taller one was willowpelt and the young one was cypresspaw. "yeah, im constance. your friend said you could help me with this?" she said pointing her paw at her wounded ear. "and I possibly might want to join in the meantime" she said cooly, not wanting to flat out state that there was a chance that she would head back home after a couple of days.

willowbreeze paused as the two cats made their way over to them. as cinder foot began to introduce the loner, the medicine cat took this chance to observe the newcomer. it was obviously a she-cat, by the slim nature of her body. she didn't look like a scruffian like most loner or rogues do, instead she had a pretty gleaming white and grey pelt. but, looks could be deceiving. willowbreeze couldn't just waltz right up to this she-cat and expect to be best-friends. she sighed slightly through her nose. as cinderfoot finished talking, willowbreeze caught the loners name. "ah, constance," she murmured, almost to herself.

"well, hello constance. I'm willowbreeze, amberclan's medicine cat. this is cypresspaw, my apprentice" she tapped her tail on the toms shoulder once more, introducing him. suddenly, she caught a whiff again of decaying blood. she glanced around to find the source to see it was coming from constance's wounded ear. so thats where the smell was coming from.

after countless moons of healing scrapes and cuts, willowbreezes skilled nose could detect even the faintest hint of a wound - bandaged or not. it looked painful. she sighed again. should she tell boulderstar before healing this loner? technically it wasn't against the warrior code to heal a loner. and she was a medicine cat, her duty is to heal! she nodded at constance; her inner battle subdued for now. "follow me," she meowed, and started towards the medicine cat den.

leopardstrike himself screwed up his eyes to try and get a clearer view of the cat alongside the loner. yes, it definitely was cinderfoot. he sighed exasperatedly. "Its alright, I'm sure cinderfoot knows what he's doing. and look! willowbreeze and cypresspaw are confronting them!" he assured, pointing with his tail towards the slowly growing group of cats.
