Metroid turned 30 a few days ago. Happy late birthday, Samus! I've never played a Metroid game, but that Awkward Zombie comic they showed on Nintendo Life about the anniversary made me feel sorry for her.

I'm also planning on making a video about how boxarts differ between regions. Anyone know some interesting games for this video? Some games I've already decided to put in the video are Klonoa 2, Spyro 2 (note: I hate looking up classic Spyro, so I know literally nothing about the game besides what the boxart looks like and a few characters), and The Wind Waker. Don't worry, I won't just be talking about Japanese boxarts.

Also, is the Japanese title of Spyro 2 "Spyro vs. Sparx"? My Japanese is getting rusty...

TV Tropes considers the ending of Klonoa: Door to Phantomile a Wham Episode. That's not what a Wham Episode is... the cutscene after Vision 4-2 would be more fitting for that trope.

Name some games that you own: I own waaaay too many games, i've started collecting game cube games again due to losing a lot of discs when I was younger and more careless, so i have things like mario party 4, gotcha force, super mario sunshine, pikmin. i recently got into fallout 4 and it's such a good game!! i still often play games like fable, left for dead, call of duty, saints row and gta. honestly i can't just name a few because there's so many i enjoy playing haha

Got a favorite video game?: i absolutely love telltales the walking dead like honestly i have about 12 different playthroughs for just season one alone. i was pretty disappointed by season two i'm not going to lie but right now I have high expectations for the third one!
Who's your favorite game character?: i always hold kenny from the walking dead close to my heart, but right now i also really like paladin danse from fallout 4, aswell as warren from life is strange

Selling my unplayed GameCube copy of Enter the Dragonfly a few days ago has gotten me over my phobia of classic Spyro, and only now am I seeing people saying good things about it. I'm not going to rebuy it, though, because I still can't bring myself to watch any YouTube videos about it besides the one I linked to.
