"I didn't SAY I was leaving you! I told you I love Cloudgaze. Which I do, a lot. But I also love you," Thrushleap meowed. Of course her love for him had decreased while the fight went on, but she did love him still.

Cloudgaze wasn't entirely sure how to respond to Jaypaw. Stripestar was still their leader after all, but he had done some not so nice things. "He can be nice sometimes." She murmured, "Just not always I guess. But he is still our leader either way. Even if he does do some questionable things."

Birchpaw scoffed. "I knew that he didn't love or care about us a loonggg time ago. You're only figuring this out know? He never gave us any attention."

Stripestar looks at Thrushleap and mews. "No you don't I can tell. You don't even try and share a nest together anymore. You don't even talk to me. Ever since the kits got sick you don't talk to me and I try and talk to you and them but I am pushed away... I am losing you like I am losing my family... My clan... My love. You are leaving me aren't you..."

Robinkit approached her siblings and sighed. "I realized that earlier." She muttered.

Jaypaw;;

"Is he going to hurt Thrushleap, too?" Jaypaw asked quietly. "I know you love her, and I don't want her hurt. You'll be sad again."

Bonekit;;

Bonekit was listen to his parents' conversation from inside. "You're not losing me," he meowed, stepping outside. "I love you, dad."

"If he hurts Thrushleap, then I'm going to claw his ears off." Rosepaw hissed.

He stared at the she-cat who worked furiously on the ginger and white tom who had fallen from the bookshelf after the young cats had attacked Stripestar. "What happened?" Flamekit asked curiously, staring at the tom's mostly still form.
