Her paw felt like it was twisted, she had a fever, she was exhausted, and her pelt was covered in scratches and wounds. But she knew her clanmates needed more attention than she did.

Leopardstar stayed silent, not wanting to argue with her medicine cat. She had a point, after all. If the Clan were to survive they needed a strong leader, and right now Leopardstar sure wasn't that. "I need to make Crowkit into an apprentice later..." she mumbled underneath her breath.

Bearpaw tucked himself in a shady spot next to the apprentice's den, away from all the crowds and mostly the fox kit. He hated that fox, he never trusted them even if they did seem friendly. He rolled around onto his back and stared up at the sky with a sigh as he closed his eyes, just enjoying the silence.

Silentpaw padded into the medicine den to see how everyone was doing. She wasn't just hired, as she wasn't allowed to fight, but she wanted to help.

Sunshadow lay on the floor of the medicine cat den, slowly regaining consciousness. Where am I...? Where is that fix who attacked me? I'd like to give him a piece of my mind! Sunshadow growled and attempted to stand up, but his legs buckled beneath him. The Tom groaned in pain.

Marbledsong finished washing off her wounds, which weren't very bad as she had joined the fighting late. The young warrior decided to take a hunting patrol out, as they still needed food. "Anyone want to hunt with me?" She asked.

Moonshade returned to camp from confronting Stormy, the kittypet. He had no idea that the foxes had attacked and that Leopardstar had lost a life. His eyes swept across the camp clearing and landed on Bearpaw, who was tucked neatly beside a a shady part in camp. He padded over to him, "Hello, Bearpaw!" he greeted.

Leopardstar flicked an ear, dusmissing the thought. She needed more apprentices, they were running low, but even more on kits. She hoped a warrior had kits soon, because kits were what kept a Clan running. "Thank you, Shadefern," she said quietly. Her head shot up as Sunshadow moaned in pain. "Shadefern... go see to him, please."
