"Well you should." Beaver frowned.

Cloudgaze gave a small frown. "Yes..." She said, sounding a bit confused. "You helped me with our other litter just fine while we stayed in the nursery."

Pikeflower wanted to believe his mate but he just couldn't. He gave a small smile and nodded anyways to try and reassure Mistyclaw that he would be alright however he likely wouldn't ever be completely over what Waterbone said. Not unless his daughter herself talked to him about it.

Leopardstripe nodded. "I'm sorry, it's just, you haven't been talking to me lately,and it makes me worried." He sighed and licked Cloudgaze's cheek.

Mistyclaw purred. "I would ask to have another litter of kits, but I'm getting too old." She sighed.

"Well you should." Beaver frowned.

"Well I won't " she replied with a huff

''Well, we spotted this squirrel in a small log and decided that we would go at it from both side so it couldn't escape. We both tried to grab it with out paws at first, but it went closer in the middle. Then, we went farther into the log. We managed to catch it, but now we were stuck in the log. So, we started screaming for help and another apprentice had to pull us out.'' Mottlefur chuckled, remembered how scared they were. She sniffed the air again. She thought she caught the scent of a mouse, but wasn't sure.

"You probably know them as monsters," Tiger explained. "They're like giant human cars, but with teeth! They eat the earth and everything in it. It's terrifying, really."
