I'm really frightened that they'll ban Pokemon GO in my school. First of all, we aren't allowed to use our phones anywhere. Second of all, they already banned the Pokemon Trading Card cards, candy, and that rainbow-loom thing. So I doubt I'm going to get to play >-<

So, my phone broke just before the game came out and I've yet to get a new one, so I haven't had the chance to get the game yet. This has given me a lot of time to think about which team I'm gonna choose, but I've yet to come to a decision.
I'm leaning towards Valor so far, as I definitely have the drive and ambition (and obsession) to be one of them. Plus, they're basically the winning team so far, and who doesn't want to be on the winning team? And Candela is hot  
But then my personality also matches Mystic pretty well in that I'm calm, analytical, and pretentious conceited intelligent. ...And blue is my favorite color.
And for Instinct, I have two words: meme lord.
So which do you think I should choose?

I'm trying to get all the eeveelutions but so far i've only gotten one eevee, aiming for umbreon. i don't get out much...

and i chose team mystic... now i believe it was a terrible decision ;-;

unfortunately, as of right now you can only get gen 1 eeveelutions so umbreon is not attainable in game yet.

I suggest joining Team Valor. We're not actually the winning team, uh, Mystic is the largest out of them all, but I love the team.

Sooo who here has the new tracking feature? A subset of users get to test it out. I have it, and I'm going to try it out in town today. It looks great! Pokemon spawn within the radius' of Pokestops, and if you click on the Pokemon on the Sightings list, it shows you where it is on the map!

If a Pokemon spawns for you, it has spawned for everyone nearby, and it stays there for a few minutes regardless of whether others around you have caught the same pokemon first.

My best friend and I always go to our favorite chicken wing restaurant which has a pokestop in it that always spawns Magikarp. While we're eating we are constantly calling out to each other, "ANOTHER MAGIKARP!" And catching the same Pokemon at the same time. Although CP will always be different. Even if someone shouts HEY A LICKITUNG NEARBY or whatever and everyone flocks over, every person will have a different Lickitung, but they will all have a Lickitung at the spawn place. So it seems that my Magikarp are alwayd like 50 CP while hers are like 150 CP. Grrrr... I'm halfway to a Gyarados though thanks to my delicious chicken wings hahahha

I have it too! I hope it actually works. To add on to this, Pokemon still spawn all over, but if they are near a Pokestop, it will show you where. If it isn't near a pokestop, it will show you tall grass behind the pokemon, meaning it is in the "wild"
