"I bet it has to do with my parents... why else would we be cursed? Our parents evidently did something awful." She meowed. "But what?" She pondered.

Blue growled. "You have to figure that on your own."

Silverkit frowned. Thanks for your help. she thought sarcastically. "But you're very wise... surely you have an idea?" she argued, hopefully.

"I'm not wise. I'm a foolish young cat." ?Blue growled. "I'm a loner. I can't help you. I don't know who is in the clan."

Silverkit rolled her eyes. "Whatever. Puh-lease?" She begged.

"I can't!" Blue said. Her ears flat.

Silverkit flattened her ears in disappointment. "Fine... Bye, if you don't want to help..." she said quietly and stood to her paws.

"Bye." She whispered. Blue looked back at the river.

Silverkit turned around and went into the woods, only to bump into Flowerkit. "Hey! Were you listening? Why'd you follow me and then eavesdrop?" She demanded.
