The judge's panel has decided on winners!
[it consisted of 5 people. It took 5 PEOPLE to decide on winners it was so hard to choose!]
I wanted to just say I appreciate each and every entry into this competition!
The art you all did was fabulous and I would have awarded you all list pets if I could! You ALL did a fantastic wonderful job and I'm going to be treasuring all the pieces of art I got this round. I just, thank you all so so much!

I'm sorry I couldn't pick all of you though, sincerely!
Please know I appreciate each piece and all the work since you all put a hard effort in.
I hope I can see you all again in another competition or use this for positive feedback! whatever you need!

Don't make anyone else feel bad about "my art not being good enough" or "congrats..." because that makes everyone feel worse. The thing that really won me over though was how you seemed to thoroughly understand each character as I had intended through the small snippets of personality I had provided! Each one I could look at and say "Yes, that really shows me who they are, and embodies everything I wanted in their character". And that's something I can look at every time and appreciate!

I love the quality of the peices! I can't believe you do it all with mouse?? Thats amazing. You and Zera were REALLY REALLY CLOSE I had to do tie breakers for you guys through the other judges. It was hard to decided. I love all of them???
Pixels always win my heart though, the one you did of Hesperus made me almost cry it was so gorgeous???

There wasn't anything specific that edged you out it was just a mix of different opinions and preferences but I loved each of your pieces to death <3

The quality of your art is AMAZING. I love traditional work but I appreciate that they're all transparent as well so they look nice on a DA page or whatever! c: I had photoshop once and couldn't figure it out at all OTL. Your quality and quantity was fantastic though!

Where you were edged out on preference was how the characters were portrayed! They all have a similar expression to each other, but all of the characters you picked are very different on personality. c: Lapis is grumpy and moody, while Cole is mostly a dork who laughs and makes bad puns. Ryunosuke is serious but also a bit of a player. Azrael has a lot of different expresions depending on the setting you put him in! c: Its those little things that can swing but your art is A+ <3

Your work was great! I loved the painted style you used on your drawings as well as the quantity! I understand painting isn't as 'clean lined' or 'sharp' as just normal coloring. Plus your backgrounds are great. <3 I loved all the backgrounds.

My criticism here is similar to Plot's. Some of your art depicted the characters in the right personality, while others were a little farther from the truth! Not all of them had clean cut personalities necessarily and that's on my part as well! But a few were jut a little far out of character for me.
Nocturne, for example: as a character he sits and works non stop, I'm not sure what could ever get him out of his work environment [Although I love the background on that one! QAQ].

Some of the pieces also have different quality levels between them as well. But all the peices are amazing and you should still be happy about what you put out in such a limited amount of time! I'd be happy to get your art again c:
