The words 'Nintendo' and 'movie' in the same sentence strike fear into my heart but you never know. They could pull it off. Sony have both ratchet and clank an sly cooper movies coming out and they look okay? Nintendo might be able to do a good one with starfox or metroid would be good.
The last movie i watched based on a game was Bayonetta: Bloody fate. And whilst it looks good (read: okay, a little disproportionate because Bayonettas physique isnt meant for 2D) it was kinda terrible.
It tried to justify Balders actions and character as the bad guy which the second game did a way better job of anyways like 2 years later. So Im a little skeptical.

Hey, I just remembered, there was a Super Smash Flash game where you could play as Goku, does that mean Dragon Ball counts as Nintendo? There's been a few Dragon Ball games for Nintendo systems

similar to cloud, he does not belong to big n, as he does not originate from one of their ips, like say samus. he's not first party, so they don't own him, so if they wanted to put him in a non-dbz game, they'd have to get toriyama/bamco's permission.

Ok, that answers my first question, now for my second question. Since DBZ is not officially owned by Nintendo, does that make it inappropriate to advertise a DBZ RP here since it's not a Nintendo franchise?

Also, Nintendo didn't make this game, it was fan made, it's a computer game, flash games are the kind of games you find on sites like Newgrounds.
