i added my vaporeon to a gym just now! it was stronger than the other pokemon, so now the gym's mine. unfortunately grass types and venusaurs are everywhere and it probably won't stay that way long. in fact, i once took over a gym that was marked as a restaurant that was knocked down a long time ago, and someone still took it over even though it was hard to find. i also hatched a kabuto out of a 10k egg! it's not a lapras, but it's my first kabuto and it gave me a good head start on candies for a kabutops. it's about 250cp, which is at the mid point for its maximum, but i need to hatch another kabuto to evolve it and it'll probably be higher cp.

There's a Scottish festival tomorrow where I am, but today there was a bagpipe and drum contest. I kept getting to the gym that a kid who was playing Pokemon go (and bag piping) kept winning. He was talking to me for a couple a minutes before he had to go bag pipe and he never realized i was the one taking them. He literally said to me that some one kept taking the gym. I like planting myself by a popular gym and taking it and no one knows it's me because so many people are there.

I found a Butterfree today. It made me waste all of my great balls before running away. On the other hand, I caught a Blastoise with just one pokeball right after that.

I saw a bunch of seel on my "nearby" box today, but after walking around for ages I couldn't find a single freaking one of them.

I REALLY hate that the tracker is broken. Like so so so so much

Wow nice! What CP did it have? I saw an image floating around on the web some time ago of an 18 CP Blastoise that someone caught and it still cracks me up. I hope yours was much more powerful!
