Favourite dog breed and why!!! :D V.1

People might disagree with me but I like the pit bulls because they are sweet, funny, scared of EVERYTHING, and are just snuggle bugs. I have a pit bull named Zoey who is the sweetest pup ever! They might be stubborn but they make good pets to people who like dogs who sleep and play all day. Here is some pics to make you fall in love.

I agree that lots of people say they are mean, along with Staffies.

I love all sorts of dogs big and small, but my favorite would have to be the toy poodle because I currently own one and she's the first dog that I've had the pleasure of owning!

Other breeds are but aren't limited to: pitbulls (all breeds classified as pitbulls for that matter), Huskies, dobermans, Rottweilers, German shepherds, and Pomeranians.

Honestly, I can't choose a favorite. Though i love all animals, I think bigger dogs have taken my heart. I have a blue Italian Mastiff named Juno, and she's the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. I feel like most big dogs are Judged horribly, especially pit bulls. They are just misunderstood, I get that little kids could be afraid, but i get really annoyed when an adult talks about how dangerous they are. These dogs don't deserve the names they have been called. I was near tears when the show "Pit Bulls And Parolees" aired. It's amazing knowing that some people actually care for these dogs. Big dogs, such as mastiffs, are the most gentle-giants you'll ever meet. I feel horrible that these dogs get judged for their size, or for what the TV or news says. Never judge a dog by their breed. <3

Yes, I have a dog at my house, he's medium sized, but please don't say that I don't get you because of this. Once I asked my parents and some other adults if I could have a dog, and they said yes (I had waited so long). I asked them if I could have a German Shepherd or a Husky, or a Mastiff and they immediately disagreed and said that they are too dangerous and might bite me and blah blah blah... I know that bigger dogs are usually more protective and friendly than a dog such as a fierce chihuahua (I still like small dogs though)... I was almost in tears what they said about big dogs! I totally agree with you, Jay.

I 100% agree with you, but I don't even consider Pitbulls to be classified as big. Once a dog is too big to fit on your lap people start freaking out saying it's dangerous, and I completely disagree. This coming from a small dog owner.
