Thrushleap hadn't quite been listening, instead listening to her own thoughts which said 'hurt' and 'angry' and 'sad'. "I kind of feel that way towards.." she cut herself off, frowning. She didn't want everyone to think bad of the cat that saved them. "Leopardstripe." She slapped her tail over her mouth, horrified.

"Hello?" Carlee meowed, confused.

"No thanks," Nightsong said. "I hunt better on my own." She went back your side and walked deeper into their territory,looking for any trace of prey.

"Good luck." Rustpelt meowed before going back to the other cats.

Snowhare appeared in front of Nightsong. She's here. "Hello." She greeted, a completely normal tone that was unlike the one that she used for kits.

Ice kept her head tilted. She moved her mouth and then shook her head, trying to say that she didn't understand.

Falcondusk flick his tail as he mews. "don't sleep. You have to stay awake for a bit longer." He licks her ear softly. "I am sorry this happen."

Cloudgaze's sad expression changed to one of confusion now. "What do you mean?" She asked in a quiet tone. She could already guess what Thrushleap was implying but she wanted to try and get her to say it outright.

Waterpaw nodded, and then noticed the pain in her eye again. She started crying again. "I just want the pain to go away." She cried.

Thrushleap hesitated, thinking about why she had said Leopardstripe when there were clearly so many other cats that had mates in the Clan. Could it be that.. "I.."

Carlee blinked. She pointed with her tail to Ice's ears, then raised her paw and made an 'x' in the air. She meant to ask if she was deaf.
