this is a one-on-one rp between littlelies and Newts!!
the rp features littlelies' kalon, terrance {as seen on the right}, and Newts' kalon, mika {as seen on the left}. kalons are a closed species currently run by Checkinder {you can find them here} and our kalon's designs are credited to their respective artists. their personalities and stories are our own creations, though it should be noted that their actions don't necessarily reflect our own personalities {...sometimes}. either way, this should be fun, so shall we get started? B)

plot/setting;;
mika goes to get some cosmetics and gives terrance a coupon to his candy shop!!
they meet again later at mika's store and then they candy & chill B))

[Newts]

mika paced the aisles of the cosmetic store. he had never been here before, and didnt really know where to go.
why was i here again?? oh wait, wasnt it some sort of gel eyeliner or something...
he never really used makeup that much, but a friend of his recommended this particular item to him, so he thought he might as well try it. mika wandered aimlessly, squinting at the strange product names. he was hopelessly lost.
maybe i should ask an associate for help??

[littlelies]

terrance was nervous, after the news of the eyebrow lady and his fight got out, and after he sold a ton of gel eyeliners, he hadn't gone to work for a couple of days. but today was his first day back, and he already spotted a lost customer.

he let out a small laugh knowing how confusing a makeup store could get. terrance smoothed out the wrinkles in his black outfit and he hesitantly walked over to the pink-and-white haired kalon. "excuse me, sir, perhaps i could help you?"

(omg rip me the gel eyeliners will haunt terrance and me forever)

[Newts]

mika was startled by the sudden voice, but quickly turned to face the kalon speaking.
"eh? oh, yes, absolutely!! i cant find my way around here. could you help me??"
mika gave an apologetic smile. he didnt want to trouble the other kalon, but he didnt know what else to do.
i wonder how he knew i was lost...

{he will never escape;; honestly im just imagining terrance having like;; nightmares about the eyebrow woman and the gel eyeliners and not being able to sleep for a few days hELP??}

[littlelies]

terrance was a little startled at the other kalon's speed, but smiled back softly anyways, "of course! what are you looking for? you must be new, i haven't seen your face in this store before!"

(omg that's probably why he didn't go to work tbh,, also sorry for semi-late response, i just had some rad pizza)

[Newts]

"oh, i dont really wear makeup often or go to cosmetic stores in general. you see, it was a friend of mine who suggested trying this one thing... what was it, gel eyeliner i think?? or something like that??"
mika talked pretty fast and added some more superfluous comments. he was kind of a handful.

Terrance struggled to keep with the his customer, but he understood most of what he said.

"E-eyeliner? Gel eyeliner?" He stuttered a little bit, memories of the horrid eyebrow lady flowing into his head. "Ah...," He paused, trying to clear his mind." Uhm, come follow me, i'll take you to the eyeliner isle." He started to walk, stopping to check if his customer was following.

(ok cool bc same pff, and ikr pOOR BABY he's traumatized)

[Newts]

"thank you so much!! i hope i'm not inconveniencing you... also, are you feeling well?? you look a little pale."
mika was concerned for the well being of the other kalon. he looked like he was reliving a bad dream or something when he mentioned gel eyeliner.
maybe it's just my imagination..?
shrugging it off, he followed the associate closely.

[littlelies]

"ahahaha, i'm fine don't worry about me," terrance let out a dull laugh and trudged on, waving off his customer's worries. "well here we are! would you like to test out the eyeliner? it's quite expensive so i would hate for you to spend money and not like it."

[Newts]

"ah, absolutely!! i have no idea how to apply this stuff though, would you know what to do??"
he honestly had no clue how makeup worked at all. the eyeliner looked like black tar in the container, and it made him feel a bit uneasy.
why would people put this stuff on their face?? not only that, it's pricey...
