Ah, of course.
I'm in the bathroom getting ready to do bathroom business and my cat is in with me, all cuddly and purring and whatnot. So I close the door just enough where it's not closed but it's pretty much. Cat decided to open the door and escape the dungeon I have locked her in.

So I'm like alright, fine. Close the door again not fully closed but just enough. Cat decides she doesn't want to be locked out and opens the door. I give up.

Now she's trying to fit herself into an empty pad box that somebody left on the floor, and climbing into the cupboards.

My cat is almost 13 years old and she still acts like this smh

Hello cat peoples. :)
I'm looking into getting a Maine Coon cat or kitten soon and am trying to do my research into what food to buy feed.
I saw that cat food should ideally be grain-free but am struggling to find any. We are looking for a cheap, healthy brand. We plan to only feed wet food.
Any suggestions would be great, thanks. :)
Sorry for my slow response time on RP's. My new job steals ALL my time. :(

Hey there, I've heard an orange color of collar is for indoor cats, but I have an outdoor cat and I'm wondering if there a special color for them to wear? Or can she just have on any color? Thanks. =)

Never heard of that, you can have any colour. Maybe if you want people to know that she's an indoor/outdoor cat it would help but really its so you can identify her if she gets lost so get a unique looking collar, no point getting the same collar as everyone else as that would get very confusing
Trying to get back into roleplaying, haven't done it for a while. I like roleplaying wolves but they have to be realistic so no alpha beta delta and especially no healer ranks. I like big cats, horses, cats. I like roleplaying warrior cats. I don't play a lot with human characters unless they're shapeshifters or dragon riders.

So if you have a roleplay that needs more members send me a PM.

i also never did hear of this :D
but when you have an outdoor cat, it would be best to chip/Tattoo(not sure if the last is used with cats) her, and as collar use something that reflects light and is easy to see...an neon colored one is good to with reflective parts....they are easy to find-see from some way away...so good for cars that then can stop for it, or even some with a LED light Collar ....or gps tracker when you like to know where she is..
maybe like this

Just to add to this, a collar that has a quick release buckle or elastic in it is a good idea in case the cat gets stuck on something so they can get out, avoiding injury. An ID tag with the cats name and a contact number is a good idea too. I have a cat who goes out during the day, he has a collar, tag with his name and a phone number on it and a microchip. Might be a good idea to have the cat come inside of a night, this will keep them out of danger of cars and any other animals around at night.

The tattoo is something given to a cat when desexed (not sure about other countries but thats what it is used for here in Australia)

Thanks! I guess I'll just get her a reflective collar. The collar she has right now is just a normal breakaway collar. She isn't chipped yet, but she will be soon. By the way, here's the link to where I found the orange collar for indoor cats things. c:

I doubt that would catch on. Too many cat owners allow their cats to be outdoor cats, sadly. So seeing a car run loose has become normal for us. As opposed to dogs. No one has "outdoor dogs". The whole problem could be fixed a good bit by just educating people on not having outdoor cats. On to why its harmful and dangerous.

It's actually been doing pretty great so far. Some cats, like mine, just don't like to be indoors. No matter how much I try to keep her inside, she's only happy outside. She'll spend 5 minutes looking around inside and then just sit at the door and meow all day to go back out. She stays within three houses, but she's almost always by the door anyway. I know there's risks to it, but considering how much she hates being inside there isn't much of an option.
