Rarity wise, I would say it is fair. But demand wise I've seen the dragon cat PPS go for multiple 09 rares (normally 2-3).

new 2016 store pets are worth late 09 rares and the extra pets and items don't make up for it. and demand is a huge factor too, thus it is very unfair to them.

Not even close to fair. The Nick Unicorn is a mainlist, above the gap, while the only list on your side is a ghost cat, bottom tier advent list.

The trade is unfair to the bottom by rarity, and '14 store pet is worth an early '10 rare and the PPS dragon cat (being an exclusive set release) is worth about a late '09 rare
So by rarity the Xmas dog would be enough, demand wise the cat goes for overpay between 1-2 '09 rares or an '09 rare and add ons so they might not accept
