Also, just a little reminder; please only post the skeleton form, the answers to the form itself, and the GIF! I really don't wish to disqualify anyone because they went ahead and did a little bit extra in terms of coding. ^^

The only coding that won't get you disqualified are the Img tags used to show the GIF. Anything other than that (including text alignments, bolds, italics, font colors, font styles, anything that helps pretty up, etc.) will disqualify your form.

Feel free to edit your forms if you need to fix it or if you wish to add a different GIF! c: Edits are totally fine as long as they are before the end date. If you guys have any other questions, feel free to PM me about it~! I'm more than happy to help answer them.
