i almost always see one of the starters every time I go on.

But it seems to me that I have a pidgey nest right behind my house.

I got vaporeon from pure luck! I am so excited! I got her by evolving eevee! Without putting Rainer as her name , (well that's what I heard you have to put that as her name) is that true? Because I got her without it.

yes, it actually works with the name thing. here's the names (for newbies still:)

sparky - jolteon
pyro - flareon
rainer - vaporeon

just the simple thing.

name your eevee (with the highest CP) one of them and you'll get the one you wanted!

changing the name gives you a 1 time guarantee of getting that evolution - otherwise it is random
