What Are Sapphire Shifters?
Sapphire shifters, they can shift to anything. When they are pups they look like just plain pups, but when they are an adult they get a mask that fits it's pelt and a necklace that has a feather usually. Sometimes instead of a feather it will be a stone, gem, leaf, nearly anything they can get their paws on. They can grow to the size of a towering bear, but when they are pup they are the size of a small house dog. kitting off of the sapphire part in their species they almost always have something blue.
