Perocaste wasn't nearly as quick to accept the apology as her brother, though finally she sighed softly and ran a hand through her hair. "He's right, you don't have to leave over a simple misunderstanding." She was mature enough to be able to admit that it was, at least, partially her fault as well. "I haven't always had the best experiences with magic, and I guess that puts me on edge some times. I should have specified that I didn't think you would be the source of the catch in the first place, just that I assumed there would be one."

"It's a girl named Jess." Miko says still blushing

Faelynn tilted her head. "Hmm..the name seems familiar, but I don't think I've ever met her before." She tells Miko.

"I'm not really sure. I haven't seen her since the party started. I guess she ran off somewhere. Let's just hope she's being good." Faelynn told Miko, raising an eyebrow slightly.

She came further into the room, Olivia was still with the boy, that was good. Perocaste and Noel were talking to a girl with wings similar to her own, except they were held in more of a scruffy way, the couldnt put her finger on what was wrong with them. In the corner of her eye she saw Miko was still there, but she was more interested in the other girl who certainly wasnt an angel, she was curious but she would ask Perocaste later.

Mad chuckled at his bubbly friend. "Ah, so I'm your horse now, eh?" He said laughing, but doing as Sitri said anyways. He walked down the hall smiling, and when he made it to his room his opened the door swiftly and turning on his dim, but colorful lights that made the atmosphere cool and bright. The walls looked like a wonky, colorful jungle, which was more of his style. He liked to make his room different every time someone walked in.

Some of the tension left Emma's body when Noel accepted her apology, but she remained standing as Perocaste said her part, out of respect and uncertainty. Emma nodded, something between a grimace and smile curled over her lips. "I'm sorry that you've had bad experiences with magic. Magic should be something beautiful, something to make the world a better place. I'll never understand the people who use it for tear the world apart," she said, slowly easing back into her chair. She took a sip of water, unsure of what else to say.

She sat up straighter once again, though there wasn't any anger or irritation evident this time. ""No, no. It's not like that! It was because of a drawback of magic, not someone using it to do something awful." She answered, her wings rustling softly as they readjusted to the new position. She really wasn't upset this time, she just felt as if she needed to clarify this before she started assuming anything. "This ring?" She held up the hand with the wooden ring on it so Emma could see. "Ahte, one of our fathers, enchanted it for me, it dulls the pain so I can actually... function, I guess? The magic had to be incredibly strong, and the backlash from doing so... almost killed him."
