Neither really are. I am bad with bulk but - while in bad demand slightly - yours is still above the gap. Some of these pets are close to this gap, but I do not personally think either are truly fair.

Your cat is Halloween '10, so they're overpaying by 3 months with the horse alone. But warrior/sitting cats do have some demand,and those pets kind of don't.

Rarity wise, yes unfair to the horse. Demand wise, you could get more than that for the sitting cat.
