Would this trade be fair..? I think it might be pretty unfair considering the hugely high demand of the warrior cat and the zodiac dog, but I don't know for sure.



It is unfair towards you. The Tess cat + the zodiac = high demand (excluding rarity form the Tess cat)
The store pets have some demand but not enough to catch up to those two together.. (possibly alone?)

Am I doing a fair trade for the holly dog or am I doing under or over?

The extremely unfair to the holly as it is a above the gap main list. Trust me, I Have been trying to get one myself. So far, i have only seen on list pet in the offer and the rest doesn't make up the gap

1. Unfair to you
The cat is fair for the second store pet. If not slight overpay. The zodiac is fair for the first by rarity
Not to mention the zodiacs vey good demand and often go for overpay

2. Unfair to them. The cat had an extended release and is worth a mid-early 2010 rare or so
Warriors can go for overpay so it depends on how you and your partner value the warrior with demand

Probably unfair because the store pet might become VR plus the event pet that they was wanting might become rare or something

Agreed. It might not matter what rarity the store pet will get in the end, it is still worth a late '10 rare.
At least a mid '11 rare needs to be added to make this trade fair.
