Falconstrike arched his back and looked around him. He was stretched out under a tree just out of sheer boredom. He flicked his tail and looked up along the branches of the tree to make sure there weren't any
nut-dropping squirrels up there.

Topazkit watched from the sky the land below her. From where she was it looked like a dream, bright and out of focus. The higher land land was bathed in gold and the streams glistened like a tear. Topazkit sighed, she saw this scene everyday and had not gotten tired of it. She wanted to go down there but something held her back, hidden in the sky she stayed longing to be down there.
