I can help with the first one. The Speckled rat they are offering is a main list and is worth 480C$ by itself so they are overpaying quite a bit.

The grinner has regular demand and usually goes for fair trades these days. People state it has terrible demand but I see a lot of people offering fair swaps for it, even overpay like above ^^

Unfair to the holly, its worth two sorbs and a green toxic. The bottom is worth a bit more than a blue toxic ^^
