It means the dragon has a low ID number and is alot older than other dragons making them rarer

So, I'm making a hatchery and was wondering. What website/app do people use so that a new image appears every few seconds? I've seen hatcheries where they have possible offspring outcomes cycle every few seconds.

I know how to make it so that it rotates when you refresh, but does anyone know how to make it do it on a loop?
