his armor and power belt! probably took them from a failed delivery that had no return address. they were definitely not meant to be his and probably actually belong to some kind of lex luthor style supervillain. whoops! amazing that they fit him, though... and are so perfectly matched to his colors+design... could this possibly be an incredibly contrived coincidence? the scarf is totally something he added himself, though.
but yeah, decided to use my feather changer on him since i don't see myself using it on any other plumerians in the future!

i kinda want to explain the feather thing as.... a side effect of his belt + armor maybe? like whatever fictional energy it runs off of made his feathers change? it'd be weird for them to be different for no reason, haha.
but yeah, pretty much he's a mailman/vigilante who exclusively sleeps between 2 am and 6 am and runs entirely on mountain dew and coffee. mostly just playing at being a hero, ie. walking people home and "patrolling" the neighborhood. i think it'd be interesting if he got involved in Actual Criminal Activity somehow, though he'd probably quickly find himself in too deep and needing some assistance. but still, it's a concept i really wanna explore, so if anyone's got a plumerian that's sort of involved in that "world" in any way (organized crime, subterfuge, conspiracies, fbi, whatevs) i think it'd be neat to try a roleplay? :o
