It's entirely up to both sides.
I personally wouldn't let a marionette go for less than a main list, but it's all opinion.

the zebra doesnt really have that great of demand, but it shouldnt be too difficult to trade off.

For the second one, It is unfair to your UR Dog.
Not including the poor demand, the pets offered would only equal a high sept/low main list.
