I don't even have a Growlithe It's hard to get things in the popular city where I live because people always take them but oh well

Pokemon don't despawn when someone else catches them, so hold out hope. c:

Every Pokemon spawn has a timer on it. Most have about 15 minutes on them, rarer ones less. Anyone can catch that Pokemon while it is still there and it only disappears when it's time runs out. You don't see this in the game, but people found out that this is how it works by looking at the coding of the game.

Hey! So I recently went on holiday and saw over 20 people camped in the 1 place all playing Pokemon Go! When I went there (for 4 days) i went with 37 Pokemon, i came home with 112! In the space of 4 days! I'm pretty addicted :3

Also could someone please give me the full list of all the rare Pokemon? I'm not sure if im catching rare ones in bed or not XD
(Prays for my Growlithe and Pikachu to be rare)

Also if I could have any Pokemon? Ninetails because y not? so majestic

How many pokemon do you have?: Currently, I have about 29, and 7 eggs. I've been doing a lot of transferring and working up to having different pokemon evolve or become stronger.

I don't understand what makes some lures work so well? It's it just luck or does it have to do with factors like location or level of player who used it or something?

I feel like I set lures and get nothing but junk

And I really thought it had to do with how many people were at the lure? Sometimes my park will have about 20 or 30 people around a single lure, and I have had 3 AMAZING lure experiences there, plus tons of bad ones when my group tries to set up lures on our own.

But then last night i went to the square where 100 - 200 people were playing Pokemon Go, I mean TONS of people were there and a local radio station was getting photos. And nothing really good showed up besides an Abra to use for Alakazam fodder. And there are maybe 10 or 15 Pokestops around the square and ALL of them had lures. It was a Friday night and the local businesses there set them up themselves. So... it must not have anything to do with the number of people there or else this would be better than the lures at the park?

So is there no way to increase chances of setting a good lure? It's just random?

I found some great Pokemon at the beach yesterday. It was lured almost all day it was crazy!!!

There's a huge wildfire near me, so I'm staying indoors until the air clears up. Ash raining and smoke is not very good for Pokemon hunting.

I did manage to grab a Bulbasaur at work, it's the second one I've found there.

Spawn rate is based on cellular activity in the area. Simply put, more cellphones, more Pokemon.

Just got back from a poke-hunting trip. Managed to catch an Electabuzz in a park, and an 846 Gengar on the streets. Also the park I got the electabuzz from has a charmander spawn, saw a LOT of charmander there but couldn't get to them because it's a huge park and I lost connection going too far in Dx Wahhh! Did catch one 'mander tho
